Horton Ottaviano «A Boot Inspection» — the full prompt pack

The exact prompts behind this ad: the full master prompt, all 7 frame beats, and the product lock we used so the boot never changes — same boot, same stitch, every frame.

The result

This is the finished ad the pack below produced — a 13-second first-person inspection, animated between the approved frames, from a boot caught mid-air to the finished pair.

The master prompt

Copy it as-is. This is the complete prompt — product, location and timing already locked in. The frame-by-frame timing is built into the text.

Master prompt — A Boot Inspection
Create an 11-second vertical 9:16 ultra-photorealistic luxury footwear commercial, strict first-person POV. A man's hands in vivid purple gloves (#5E17EB) inspect ONE pair of men's boots — deep-black matte suede slip-on ankle boots, rounded toe, U-shaped apron seam with tonal stitching, flat thin black rubber sole, no laces, no logos (identity lock above). Bright cool-grey seamless studio, light glossy surface, soft reflections.

0.0–1.2s FAST CATCH: a single boot drops into frame from above and is caught mid-air by both purple-gloved hands exactly at centre frame; quick, confident grip; the suede compresses slightly under the fingers.
1.2–3.2s SILHOUETTE: hands slowly rotate the caught boot to a clean side profile; a soft light streak travels along the suede as it turns; boot settles onto the glossy surface standing in profile, hands release it for a beat — the boot stands alone, exactly as in the reference photos.
3.2–5.2s BRUSH: one gloved hand brings a suede brush into frame and sweeps it twice across the vamp; the suede nap visibly lifts and shifts shade in the light; brush exits frame; hand does not touch the boot otherwise.
5.2–7.0s SEAM + LINING: extreme macro — a gloved fingertip traces the U-shaped apron seam stitch by stitch; camera tilts to the collar: fingertip lifts the collar edge a few millimetres, a glimpse of the warm dark flannel (baika) lining inside; collar released, boot unchanged.
7.0–8.8s SOLE PROFILE: hands lift the boot and turn it to show the flat black sole in pure side profile — thin, flat, no tread drama; rotate back and set it down standing at centre, three-quarter view toward camera.
8.8–11.0s REVEAL → PAIR: camera eases back; the second boot of the pair slides in from frame left and stops beside the first — a matched pair in hero composition on the glossy surface, soft reflection below, light settling. Hold. (Final anchor frame = clean pair hero; the animated end-plate with the product name is added in post-production.)

All 7 frame beats

The beats the master prompt breaks into — each beat starts or ends on an approved anchor frame:

A1CATCH, start — two hands in purple gloves open at centre; the boot has just entered from above.
A2CATCH, finish = SILHOUETTE, start — the boot caught in both hands at centre, clean side profile to camera.
A3SILHOUETTE, finish — the boot stands alone in profile on the glossy surface, hands out of frame.
A4BRUSH, finish — macro of the vamp after the brush: nap lifted, U-seam visible; the hand with the brush exits the frame.
A5SEAM + LINING, finish — macro: a fingertip at the collar edge, dark baika lining visible inside.
A6SOLE, finish = REVEAL, start — the boot stands in three-quarter view on the surface after the sole profile is shown (the sole profile itself is the move between A5 and A6).
A7PAIR, final anchor — the pair in hero composition, a clean frame for the animated end-plate.

What never changes — the negatives

The negative lock applied in every generation — the boot is never redrawn, recoloured or morphed:

no women's shoes
no women's hands
no nail polish
no laces
no zipper
no buckles
no logos
no text
no extra shoes
no shoe trees
no boxes
no morphing
no colour change
product never changes design

A note on the prompt as actually used

The master prompt above is reproduced verbatim from the production file, including the line's detail “vivid purple gloves (#5E17EB)”. That is the prompt as actually used — the approved storyboard v3 frames use dark purple matte leather gloves with the IK mark, and that later frame fact is not silently edited into the prompt text.

Timing: the prompt line is about 11 seconds plus an approximately 2-second end-plate; the published final is 12.97 seconds, with a 0.5-second cover hold, music and SFX in v2. The beats themselves are unchanged.

One honest difference: in the published final the second boot slides in from the right in segment S6, while the prompt line says “from frame left”; the final hero composition is unaffected. No prices are in this pack: the store price of the Ottaviano is internal only and does not appear here or in the tutorial texts.

The product lock

The identity block pasted into every generation, word for word. The passport sheet itself is built only from the store's own photos — that is why the boot never drifts.

Identity — pasted into every frame

The product is EXACTLY the men's boot from the reference photos: deep-black MATTE SUEDE slip-on ankle boot, rounded toe, U-shaped apron seam with tonal stitching around the vamp, FLAT thin black rubber sole, ankle-high collar, NO laces, NO zipper, NO buckles, NO logos, NO text anywhere. Hyperrealistic. The boot must NOT change shape, material, colour or proportions between frames — the same physical pair in every frame.

How to run it — the short version

Three steps. The prompt alone is not enough: the frames and the passport do half the work, and their exact build is the part we keep in the paid work.

1
Pick your starting frames

Choose the still frames the video will move between — the 7 beats above are your map.

2
Build a product passport

One identity sheet for your product, locked word-for-word into every generation — like the Ottaviano lock above.

3
Generate through Flow Frames-to-Video

Start frame + end frame, short segments, one approved frame feeding the next — the product stays identical to the last frame.
