Pottery Barn Ashley Stark Grand Sofa «Aesthetic Macro Commercial» — the full prompt pack
The exact prompts behind this ad: the base prompt, all 9 frame beats of the delivered 22-second film, and the product lock we used so the sofa never changes — same Espresso chenille, same grid tufting, every frame.
Comment this word under the video and the pack that lands in your DMs is this one — Pack №11, the Pottery Barn Ashley Stark pack.

The result
This is the finished ad the pack below produced — a 22-second macro commercial, animated between the approved frames, from an extreme macro of Espresso chenille to a wide hero of the whole sofa.

The master prompt
Copy it as-is. This is the prompt system — the base prompt plus the locks pasted into every generation, word for word. The frame-by-frame prompts and segment moves below are part of the same system.
Create a 10-second ultra-photorealistic luxury sofa commercial, vertical 9:16, strictly following all 15 storyboard frames in chronological order. Preserve the exact terracotta bouclé sofa, cushions, proportions, fabric texture, Mediterranean interior, arched windows, warm sunlight and natural shadows. Start with an extreme macro of the rounded armrest, reveal the entire sofa through a smooth cinematic camera move, show a woman's hand gently stroking the soft upholstery, then transition into detailed macro shots of the rich fabric fibers, precise stitching, plush cushions, rounded armrests and sturdy black legs. Alternate elegant close-ups with wide architectural shots, using smooth dolly slides, slow push-ins, subtle orbital movements and shallow depth of field. Show the cushions gently compressing and naturally recovering to demonstrate comfort. Maintain premium furniture advertising aesthetics, realistic material physics, soft golden daylight, refined compositions and seamless rhythmic transitions. Finish with a beautiful wide hero shot of the sofa, then transition to a minimalist beige background featuring the elegant black logo "Xylon" and tagline "LIVE BEAUTIFULLY". No extra furniture, no redesign, no artificial effects, no distortion. Cinematic realism, premium commercial quality. ADAPTATION (how this base prompt was actually used for Ashley Stark — read this, do not copy the terracotta sofa or the Xylon card): the base prompt supplies the animation mechanic and camera language (extreme macro -> woman's hand touch/stroke -> cushions compressing and naturally recovering -> alternating close-ups and wide architectural shots -> wide hero; smooth dolly slides, slow push-ins, subtle orbital movements, shallow depth of field, realistic material physics). Realised through the AIE canon method: animation only between approved frames, 22.0 s total, beats 2-3 s; passport sofa and location substituted for the terracotta boucle sofa / Mediterranean interior. NOT taken from base: the Xylon logo end card (foreign brand; our final card sells the prospect's own product). FORMAT: vertical 9:16, photorealistic, bright sunlit premium living room in San Francisco (location passport: two tall windows, brass-framed mirror centered between them, white panelled walls, light warm oak floor, pale cream rug, round marble + brass chain-link coffee table); the sofa in EVERY frame is exactly the passport sofa — Ashley Stark Tufted Sofa, Grand 102 inch, Performance Casual Chenille in Espresso (deep dark brown), grid-tufted seat cushion, loose oversized back pillows, square track arms 7 inch wide, low plinth base, small cylindrical rubberwood legs in Seadrift finish barely visible, overall 102w x 41d x 37h inch, wide low proportions; wide shots show the WHOLE sofa fully inside the frame with room around it, never cropped at the edges; NO text, no logos, no watermark in frames; NO writing on the nails in the delivered film (see the note below) PRODUCT LOCK: Ashley Stark Tufted Sofa — Grand Sofa 102 inch, Performance Casual Chenille, Espresso; loose cushions, down-blend-wrapped core; tufted seat cushions; square track arms; removable cylindrical rubberwood legs, Seadrift finish; overall 102w x 41d x 37h inch; inside seating 86w x 28d x 20h inch; seat height 20 inch; legs 3 inch diameter x 2 inch high; weight 215 lbs; frame engineered wood, mortise-and-tenon joinery; springs no-sag steel sinuous springs; adjustable levelers; Contract Grade; Sutter Street Factory. Grid tufting across the seat is the signature element; square track arms 7w x 27h inch and loose oversized back pillows are the second distinctive element; low plinth base, legs barely protruding. LOCATION LOCK: bright premium living room in San Francisco, CA; behind the sofa two tall multi-pane windows with white trim; BETWEEN them centered a tall narrow mirror in a thin aged-brass frame, reflecting a white arched passage and greenery; walls white with classic panel moulding and white baseboards; at the right edge only the edge of a painting in a gold frame; daylight sun from the windows, soft and bright, long soft shadows across the rug; no evening or warm artificial light; palette white + light warm oak + pale cream; the only dark accent of the room is the Espresso sofa; floor light warm oak; centered a large pale-cream flatweave rug; the sofa EXACTLY centered in the room and in the frame, facing the camera, back to the window wall; in front of it centered a round coffee table (white marble, brass chain-link legs, circular brass base); at the left by the window a green leafy plant in a white pot on a white pedestal. GEOMETRY RULE: one and the same room in every frame — windows, mirror, plant, table and rug never change place or proportion; only the camera and the shot scale change. In wide shots the sofa is whole in frame with room air around it, NEVER cropped at the edges. HAND LOCK: ONE bare female hand, no gloves, no jewellery, no tattoos; nails matte brand violet #5E17EB, PLAIN, with no letters, no wordmark and no decor on any nail. This is the delivered film's own rule, not the storyboard spec: see the note below. The hand is bare ON PURPOSE: a glove would kill this film's mechanic — skin contact with the chenille, a readable press, a dent that holds and slowly disappears. No writing of any kind on the hand: no logos, tattoos, writing or jewellery; no rings or bracelets.
All 9 frame beats
The beats the master prompt breaks into — each beat is the approved anchor frame of the delivered film (22.0 s, 9 frames / 8 segments, beats 2.5–3.0 s). Animation runs ONLY between approved frames; a segment prompt contains only the motion.
All 8 segment moves
The moves between pinned frames only — the prompt of a segment contains only the motion, never a re-description of the product or the scene:
What never changes — the negatives
The negative lock applied in every generation — the sofa is never redrawn, recoloured or morphed:
A note on the prompt as actually used
The film on this page is the published v3 (22.0 s, owner-approved 2026-10-18, Critic PASS), not v1 and not the parallel v5: both of those carry a tracked nail decal, which the owner banned outright — v3 re-animated the touch beats between integrally regenerated clean frames, and the nails in the published film are PLAIN matte violet with no wordmark at all — verified on the published v3 frame at t=6.0 s. This overrules the storyboard spec: cycle 3 of the storyboard prescribed an integrally generated AIevgen wordmark on the ring-finger nail, but the owner's final v3 fix ordered 'No wordmark on the nails at all' and re-animated the touch beats between integrally regenerated CLEAN frames (f03-clean/f04-clean). An earlier Critic round had also rejected a PIL-composited wordmark version, so do not paste a logo onto a nail and call it this pack. This pack follows the DELIVERED film: plain nails. Two more honest facts: the hand is bare on purpose — the location passport records that a glove would kill the readable press and the skin-on-chenille contact this ad is built on, so this pack deliberately breaks from the glove canon used elsewhere; and the store price and SKU from the product passport are internal only and do not appear on this page or in the tutorial texts. The case folder holds the storyboard sheet and the passports but no separate frames/ directory — the hero image above is the delivered film's own final hold, extracted from the published v3 video, so what you see is exactly what the prompt produced.
How to run it — the short version
Three steps. The prompt alone is not enough: the frames and the passport do half the work, and their exact build is the part we keep in the paid work.
Choose the still frames the video will move between — the 9 beats above are your map, from extreme macro to wide hero.
One identity sheet for your product, locked word-for-word into every generation — like the Ashley Stark lock above.
Start frame + end frame pinned, short segments, one approved frame feeding the next — the product stays identical to the last frame.
